Dan Gleason, a retired History professor, began exhibiting and publishing his black-and-white photographs ten years ago.
Having studied photography, drawing, and design at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design, he is currently studying under Fredericton artist, Rick Burns.
Gleason now works in photo-based mixed media.
He is active in his local art scene as a board member of the artist-run Gallery Connexion.
A photo-based large (20" x 30") mixed media serigraph using documentary photographs of the Holocaust and more recent photographs of German street scenes.
